Job Opening: Installation Technician – Outlaw Offroad Huntsville

Location: Knoxville, TN
Position: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)

Outlaw Offroad Knoxville is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts & Service Advisor to help us deliver the best customer experience in the off-road industry. This is a customer-facing role that combines sales, parts expertise, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in automotive or aftermarket parts sales
• Familiarity with leading off-road and overland brands
• A general understanding of installations (to help calculate labor times)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A great attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly

Outlaw Offroad Knoxville is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about off-road performance, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a fast-moving, high-energy shop — this is your opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in general automotive maintenance and service
  • Oil changes
  • Mounting and balancing tires
  • Basic diagnostics and mechanical upkeep

• Familiarity with off-road vehicles and aftermarket components
  • Suspension installs
  • Lift kits
  • Bumpers, lighting, and recovery gear

• Must have your own tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed lunch hour daily
