Job Opening: Off Road Parts & Sales Specialist – Outlaw Offroad Knoxville

Location: Knoxville, TN
Position: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert for customers building or upgrading their off-road rigs.
   
• Guide customers from idea to install — recommending the right suspension, wheels, tires, armor, lighting, and accessories.
   
• Build accurate quotes, source parts, and coordinate install scheduling with the shop team.
   
• Stay current on product lines, new releases, and off-road trends.
   
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors alike.
   
• Support in-store, phone, and online inquiries with genuine, knowledgeable service.
   
• Track sales goals and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused shop culture.
  

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of aftermarket and off-road parts (Jeep, truck, and SUV focus).
   
• Proven sales experience in the automotive or performance industry.
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
   
• Able to learn new quoting and management software quickly.
   
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple builds at once.

Job Opening: Installation Technician – Outlaw Offroad Knoxville

Location: Knoxville, TN
Position: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in their work, and enjoys hands-on projects ranging from suspension installs to custom fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Diagnose, repair, and install suspension systems, including lift kits

    •    Mount and balance wheels and tires

    •    Install aftermarket lighting, wiring, and other electrical components

    •    Fit and install exterior accessories such as bumpers, fenders, winches, and armor

    •    Perform minor engine repairs and maintenance

    •    Assist with HEMI engine conversions

    •    Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional attitude

Preferred (Not Required) Skills

    •    Differential re-gearing and axle setup

    •    Light fabrication and MIG welding

    •    Familiarity with off-road vehicle performance upgrades

    •    Must have strong knowledge of 4x4s and aftermarket parts - lift kits and suspensions, bumpers, recovery etc

    •    Must provide your own tools

    •    Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

    •    Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

    •    Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

    •    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
